Sauvignon blanc, Roussanne, Chenin
Dry white wine, floral aroma. Notes of citrus fruits, fig, almonds, Fresh and balanced on the palate with a slight smoky note. Mineral and fresh finish. Named after the disastrous frost of 2021, this blend of our remaining grapes gave us welcome happy ending to a bad year.
We only made 1200 bottles. Each bottle is individually numbered
Harvested by hand, Direct pressing, aged in stainless steel vats for 12 months on fine lees
Environment: enclosed in the countryside, surrounded by oak and pine woodland
Age of vines: 5 years
Soil: Basaltic
Tillage: permanent grass cover, manual work only on the row.
