100% carignan – 75 year old vines
A vibrant and fruity red, this wine restablishes carignan as one of the truly great French varieties.
Notes of red and black berried fruits such as black currant, raspberries, and strawberries as well as pepper and liquorice.
Great alongside casseroles, grilled meat, cheese and even with grilled tuna.
Harvested by hand, Destemmed and macerated on the skins for 2-3 weeks,then aged in stainless steel vats for 12 months on fine lees

Tillage: permanent grass cover, manual work only on the row.
