We only harvest enough for 1300 bottles per year. Each bottle is individually numbered
Harvested by hand, Direct pressing, aged in stainless steel vats for 12 months on fine lees
Environment: enclosed in the countryside, surrounded by oak and pine woodland
Age of vines: 35 years
Soil: Basaltic
Tillage: permanent grass cover, manual work only on the row.
Pruning practiced: Royat
