Grenache noir (blanc de noir)
Dry white wine with a floral aroma. Very light notes of citrus, strawberry and pear. Fresh and expressive, it will surprise you with its originality.
Appreciated as an aperitif, it works well with fish dishes such as tuna tataki, sea bream ceviche, grilled sea bass or alongside white meat such as chicken with morels and veal blanquette.

Harvested by hand, Direct pressing, aged in stainless steel vats for 12 months on fine lees
Environment: enclosed in the countryside, surrounded by oak and pine woodland
Age of vines: 5 years
Soil: Basaltic
Tillage: permanent grass cover, manual work only on the row.
Pruning practiced: Goblet
Yield: 15 HL / Ha
