La Villa Sepia is a lovely house in the heart of the South of France. Frederic and Catherine look forward to welcoming you in their little paradise. La Villa Sepia was an old distiller’s house built in 1824. Now completely renovated and with a pool added, La Villa Sepia will offer you a fabulous holiday in the Languedoc.

The Gite is a self-contained apartment above the cave, sleeping six, with its own terrace and direct access to the pool.

Chambres d’hotes are in the main house and include bed and breakfast. Dinner is available if pre-booked.

Montblanc is a typical little town in the South of France and central to many local activities. Enjoy the markets, play golf, explore the many historic sites, take a cruise down the Canal du Midi, spend a day at the beach, peruse the antique shops in Pezenas…or just chill with a good book and a glass of wine.

La Villa Sepia is about 8 miles from the Mediterranean and the Canal du Midi. 5 miles from Pezenas, and 6 miles from the Cap’dAgde/Beziers airport. Catherine and Fred will be happy to share with you the South of France 'art de vivre'. If you fancy spending some time helping in the vines – let us know and we will do our best to accommodate this during your stay.
