LUNATICK 2023 – Our great white!
100% viognier
Dry, complex and expressive white.
Notes of white peach, fresh almonds, apricots, pear, citrus fruits, lychees and honey. Like the 2022, but richer. This wine can be enjoyed on its own or as the perfect accompaniment to chicken, salmon and tuna. Goes equally well with Asian dishes especially those containing ginger.
We only harvest enough for 1,200 bottles and each bottle is individually numbered

Harvested by hand, Direct pressing, aged in stainless steel vats for 12 months on fine lees
Environment: enclosed in the countryside, surrounded by oak and pine woodland
Age of vines: 35 years
Soil: Basaltic
Tillage: permanent grass cover, manual work only on the row.
Pruning practiced: Royat
Yield: 14 HL / Ha
