Rich red colour and rich in the mouth with a profusion of red berries. Notes of blackberries, figs, chocolate and spices, encased by well rounded tannins.

We only harvest 2,400 bottles per year. Each bottle is individually numbered
Harvested by hand, Destemmed and macerated on the skins for 2-3 weeks, then aged in stainless steel vats for 12 months on fine lees
