ESTHETICK 2021 – Powerful but smooth red
100% Shiraz
The wine is full bodied with balanced acidity, rich and dark with black fruit aromas. Made to drink at an earlier stage than our other reds, few wines combine such strength with elegance so convincingly. Appreciate it on its own or with grilled meats, vegetables, wild game and beef casserole.

We only harvest enough for 3000 bottles per year. Each bottle is individually numbered

Harvested by hand, Destemmed and macerated on the skins for 2-3 weeks,then aged in stainless steel vats for 6 months on fine lees
Environment: South facing vineyard surrounded by hedging
Age of vines: 30 years
Soil: Clay and limestone
Tillage: permanent grass cover, manual work only on the row.
Pruning practiced: Royat
Yield: 18 HL / Ha
